Help with how your business shows up online.

I do not just build websites. I look at your whole online presence, your website, your Google Business Profile, local search and your socials, work out what is not being done well, and help you fix it in a sensible order. And when the website itself is what is holding you back, I do small business web design too, for businesses in Brisbane and beyond.

Three levels of help.

It starts with a conversation, and I look across your online presence before we talk. After that, how involved I get is up to you. The three levels apply across your whole online presence.

  • 01 / Set it up

    Set up

    A one-off job

For when something is missing, or was never set up properly, and you would rather it was done right once. A Google Business Profile that was never claimed or filled in is the usual example.

    • Set up or registered properly
    • Filled in the way Google and customers expect
    • Matched to your website and your other channels
    • Handed over with you as the owner
  • 02 / Tell me what is wrong

    Assess and advise

    A one-off job

For when it is all there and it is not working, and you cannot tell why. I look at what is going wrong, explain why, and give you clear advice on what to change and in what order.

    • A look across your whole online presence
    • What is working and what is not, in plain English
    • What Google looks for right now, which changes often
    • What to fix first, and what can wait
    • Advice you can act on yourself, or hand to me
  • 03 / Fix it and look after it

    Review, update and manage

Three months at a time, with a review at the end

For when you want it fixed and then looked after. We agree a goal in your own numbers, such as enquiries or bookings, I work through the plan in order, and we review it together after three months.

    • A full review and update of what is already there
    • Google Business Profile kept current, and reviews responded to
    • Light-touch social posts, so your accounts stay active
    • Small advertising tests, when they make sense
    • A short monthly report on what was done and what changed

First, I work out what is actually wrong.

Digital strategy is deciding what to fix first. I look at your website, your Google listing and your socials together, tell you what is costing you work right now, and put the rest in an order you can afford to work through.

  • Website audit

Your site graded A to E against what it needs to do, page by page.

  • Google listing check

How your Google Business Profile looks to a customer, and what is missing from it.

  • Social check

Whether your social profiles match the website and each other.

  • Competitor comparison

Who is showing up instead of you in local search, and what they are doing that you are not.

  • What to fix first

The short list that is costing you work right now, separated from what can wait.

  • An order you can afford

The rest laid out in steps, so you can work through it at your own pace.

Everything that decides whether a customer finds you.

A website is one part of it. These are the four things I look at together, and what each one covers, in plain English, so you know what you are getting before you ask.

01 / What I look at

Your website

Your website is where a customer decides whether to get in touch. I look at whether it says what you actually do, loads fast, works on a phone and gives people one obvious next step. Sometimes it needs a few fixes. Sometimes it needs rebuilding. Often it is not the first thing to fix.

Available as: Any of the three levels, or a rebuild when the website itself is the problem

  • Page plan

Which pages you need and what each one is for, settled before any design starts.

  • Copywriting

Words that say what you actually do, written for the person deciding whether to get in touch.

  • Design in your brand

Your colours, type and photos used properly, so the site looks like your business and not a template.

  • Built for the phone first

Most local searches happen on a phone, so that is the version that gets designed first.

  • Speed and accessibility

Pages that load fast and work for everyone, including people using a keyboard or a screen reader.

  • One clear next step

An obvious way to get in touch on every page, and an enquiry form that reaches you.

  • The technical basics

Page titles, descriptions, structured data and a sitemap, so Google can read the site properly.

02 / What I look at

Google Business Profile and local search

For most local businesses this is where customers find you first. I get your Google Business Profile set up and kept current, your business details matching everywhere, your reviews asked for and answered, and your website telling Google where you work and what you do.

Available as: Any of the three levels

Local SEO in Brisbane, in detail
  • Google Business Profile

Set up or cleaned up: categories, services, hours, photos and a description that matches what you do.

  • Reviews

A simple way to ask customers for reviews, and replies to the ones you get.

  • Service and area content

Pages and wording that tell Google what you do and where you do it.

  • Consistent business details

Your name, address and phone number matching everywhere they appear online.

  • Local structured data

The behind-the-scenes markup that tells search engines you are a real local business.

  • Plain-English reporting

What people searched to find you and what they did next, without the jargon.

03 / What I look at

Socials and advertising

I am not a social media agency. I keep your accounts active with simple, regular posts so the business looks current, and I run small advertising tests on Google or Facebook to see what works before you spend real money on it.

Available as: Part of review, update and manage. Never sold on its own

  • Accounts that look alive

Profiles filled in properly, matching your website and each other.

  • Simple, regular posts

A steady rhythm of posts, so a customer who checks sees a business that is open and current.

  • Static posts, not video shoots

Graphics and words I can make quickly with AI tools, which keeps the cost down.

  • Small advertising tests

One ad at a time on Google or Facebook, to see which wording works before more money goes in.

  • Roll out what works

When a test works for one location or one service, the same approach goes to the others.

  • Your ad money stays yours

Advertising spend is paid direct to the platform from your account, and is separate from my fee.

04 / What I look at

Keeping it all working

None of this is finished the day it is set up. I keep the website, the Google listing and the socials up to date together, report each month on what changed, and we review it against your own numbers every three months.

Available as: Review, update and manage

  • Content updates

New services, prices, photos, hours and staff, added when they change.

  • Technical updates

The site kept current and secure, and fixed when something breaks.

  • Google Business Profile updates

Posts, photos, holiday hours and new services kept up to date on your listing.

  • Ongoing local SEO

Steady work on how you show up in local search, month after month.

  • Reviews and recommendations

A regular look at what is working, with what I would do next.

  • A direct line to me

The person who did the work is the person who answers.
