The old website had plenty of personality and proof, but the message, hierarchy and path to enquiry were competing for attention. It’s About Love is a marriage celebrant in Adelaide, and the site was never short of material. It was short of order. The redesign gives the business a clearer voice, a stronger structure and a much easier next step.

The original site carried warmth, experience and real proof, but its messages were competing. Everything on it was true and everything on it was important, which is the usual way a site gets crowded: nothing is ever removed, it is only added to. The hierarchy made it hard to see where to start. A couple landing on the page had to work out for themselves what was on offer, in what order, and what to do about it. An enquiry felt like work rather than the obvious next step.
The offer and the personality now come first. The page now says what the business does and who it is for before it says anything else.
Services, pricing and proof now follow a deliberate path. Each section answers the question the one above it raises, so a visitor is never left deciding where to look next.
Calls to action are visible, specific and easy to reach. The next step reads the same way on every screen, so nobody has to go hunting for it once they have decided.
